Role : - Lead cross functional initiatives & process implementation required to improve customer experience as the company scales up - Develop programs, roadmaps and processes and improvements initiatives in liaison with x-functional SHs to eliminate the identified root cause to drive improvement in customer experience metrics such as NPS and Complaints - Systematically proactively escalate problems to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered and logically concluded - Continually collaborate with multiple departments including Customer Support Operations, Back Office, Tech & Engineering to monitor existing processes initiatives as well as implement new ones Skills : - Structured problem scoping and solving & attention to detail - Process scoping and execution/operational excellence - Stakeholder and x-functional management - Ownership and self-driven - Good communication and articulation skills - Business Acumen and Quick Learner - Execution Excellence & Implementation Persona: - Candidates with strong business experience in startups/online cos/banking sector - Swiggy / FK / Amazon / Navi /FamPay/ Jupiter / Banks - 2+ years of experience post MBA -preferable from premium institute (top ~1%ile) - Relevant experience in Program Management, Cross-functional digital transformation experience - Prefer Ex-consultant with implementation (MBB/ATK/Deloitte, etc.) or CeX exposure, startup experience good to have
