RSPP || Sr Manager : Recovery & Auctions

Role

- To secure business process, people, and assets in Area of Responsibility

- Develop and maintain reporting systems to manage, monitor and report activities related to collection, Auctions & recovery and overdue / NPA loans

- Drive performance through regular KPI monitoring, reviewing baselining parameters, CEI and feedback to team members

- Program manage Auctions in concert with CS, Payments team, Lender partner and banks as per SOP

- Identify, empanel, train & retain desired 3PT at National / regional levels for supporting complementary collection drives in addition to Auction / LTV collections.

- Provide technical advice & expertise on debt collection procedures to management

- Work with cross functional teams - minimise litigations, resolve disputes, contest matters & provide mgt updates

Skills

One Skillset

- Ability to direct, manage & successfully close recovery pendency buckets as per ageing, baseline, targets through internal and 3 PT agencies if required

- Program Management of Auctions as per SOP / Compliance

- Rigour and heavy on stakeholder mgt, process driven and Cx empathy with a metrics driven approach

Other Skills

- Strong knowledge of legal mechanisms for effective collections management

- Experience in knowledge and understanding of statutory obligations & regulations governing auction, debt recovery and collections.

- Judgement to balance commercial recovery, process and compliance

- Ability to administer high standards of fiscal management, record keeping and due diligence in both internal and external teams

Persona

- Must have spent Min 10+ years working in a commercial debt recovery environment with in-house collection team of banks / NBFC

- BE / B.Tech (ideal) and MBA (mandatory)

Domains: Banking, NBFC, BFSI or professional debt collection / recovery services with experience in B2C collections / consumer or durables like Kotak, HDFC(Life), Bajaj Finance, Chit fund companies like Sriram

- Must possess High EQ & integrity
