Job Description :

1) Lead operations planning; sales force and delivery force required across cities to achieve targets

2) Optimize servicing cost by reducing wasteful expenses as well by improving platform efficiency; design sales/ delivery incentives by working with business stakeholders

3) Develop policies around G&A costs (travel/ reimbursements etc) for the organization in order to have cost structures, which are salable

4) Financial budgeting & forecasting for the business.

5) Modify financial plans & budget amount based on the changes in business plans.

6) Assisting the preparations of capital budgets for the business units.

7) providing financial support & advice to management in closing business deals.

8) Cost budgeting, Cost optimizing.

9) Policies around G&A costs.

Skills :

- Highly detailed oriented; assertive; willing to travel; street smart;

- Process design skills

Personal : Overall 5 yrs of experience with 3 yrs of relevant experience
