Rupeek - Regional Sales Manager (7-12 yrs)
Role :
- End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the Region
- Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Asst City Sale head and City Sales Head
- Owning and delivering targets for Various sales Channels
- Single point of contact between the ground Sales team and the central team. He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground.
- Ability to evaluate and hire key resources within his/her team.
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback.
Skills:

- Target oriented and data-driven approach to sales
- 7+ years of experience in Handling Sales team and a large span
- Should have executed sales in a cross-functional environment
