Rupeek - Manager/Senior Manager - Risk - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/MDI (3-9 yrs)
Define the Role :
- Graduate from top tier college - IIT/BITS/top 3 NITs. MBA in IIMs preferred. Strong academics (>8 CGPA)
- Develop a deep understanding of credit risk, asset risk fraud risk and operational risk for the firm.
- Model various scenarios based on internal and external data.
- Ability to communicate the complex financial terminology to leadership
- Coordinate with cross functional teams of finance, biz fin etc. to drive through initiatives
- High ownership of initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business specific risks
- Program manage a team of analysts to deliver timely output
- Entrepreneurial in spirit in identifying problem statements and solutioning them
- Exhibit subject matter expertise in risk related subject
