Define the Role:
- Build a deep understanding of the business and key drivers of customer lifetime value
- Understand behavior of different customer segments and cohorts through data analytics as well as qualitative insights from customers and market eg. what drives stickiness in certain segments and attrition in others, what are the levers to influence customer behavior etc.
- Work with cross functional teams to conduct experiments and identify and implement scalable solutions for driving CLTV
- Monitor customer funnels and drive / program manage initiatives for delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly value targets
Persona
Strong academic pedigree - IITs/BITS/NIT undergrad; IIM/ISB grad
Designation - Strategy Associate/ Manager
- 2-4 years of experience across the following firms (MBB/ATK/Strategy) OR, Startups with velocity / entrepreneurship - Flipkart, Ola, Swiggy, AZ, Myntra
- Experience in CLTV / customer retention & repeat verticals an added bonus
- Passion, hunger, perseverance, context switching
- Analytically driven
- Structured problem solving
- High degree of ownership
- High in Aptitude (Quick ramp up on new concepts)
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
