About Role :- Oversee and optimize the processes Viz. Offer management, New hires onboarding PAN India locations, Background verifications, Payroll Inputs, exit management, one stop point for all HR data request, Queries, etc.
- Manage up to date data in HRMS application & other internal apps that needs to be updated time to time and provide ad-hoc reports as and when requested by Management for faster decision making.
- Own data custodianship of all employee records and restrict data accesses and mange permission management in center of all processes. Digitize all the employee records and ensure adherence of all applicable laws.
- Advanced level user in MS office applications (Cloud & offline)
- Problem solve and build scalable and simplified HR processes to support business growth and people functions.
- Should be able to connect & communicate with all the levels in the ORG (Senior VP to Junior most)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the area of offer management, HR Operations, Background verification, Payroll administration and data management
- Compatible with managing HRMS with respect to all data pertains to employees, design & drive processes with complex business situations with employee first approach.
- Master's degree in HR/ bachelor's degree with relevant experiences with team management skills.
- Should have strong analysis, listening and problem-solving skills,
- Work with very fast pacing timelines and adopt to changes very quickly and deliver Projects.
