Role
- To secure business process, people, and assets in Area of Responsibility
- The incumbent must ensure end to end physical security, fire safety and business continuity plans of Pan - India Regional & Corporate assets and evolve a robust mitigation strategy
- Manage Crisis response across all facilities in Regions / Bangalore
- Primary responsibility will be to coordinate security services, access controls and their maintenance activities and vendor management plan
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment both at Regional sites / assets and Corporate Office
- Prepare Security & Incident management SOPs for enhancing asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance, employee awareness
Skills
One Skillset
- Good understanding of of Security Systems exploitation, design & integration
Other Skills
- Effective implementation of security controls, SOPs / Policies
- Ability to manage and cross train a team of Security operators, Vendors and security supervisors to maximise performance
- Should have experience in working with company's management and employees to address security breaches, loss / thefts & failures, or performance gaps through defined and agreed action plans
- Development and execution of Emergency Response planning and Crisis management for company facility by collaborating with multiple stakeholder
Persona
- Must have spent 8-10 years in Facility security management, implementation of security policies & ensuring compliance of Industry Standards and applicable regulations
- Experience in Security systems set-up, deployment & maintenance
- Domains: Ecommerce, Logistics (eg: Amazon, Flipkart,udaan)
Must possess High EQ & integrity
