HRIS Consultant / HRIS Analyst (Role)

 - Administer the HR Systems for the overall Org. with multiple instances.

- Maintain the complete Org. structure framework, hierarchy, all data respective to organization, employee, candidate, vendors, etc.

- Upload, Backup, validate employee data throughout the employee life cycle.

- Build query, dashboard, schedule, configure APIs, data sharing framework for Internal/ external partners with user permission controls.

- Provide system support during Performance management cycle, Annual Compensation revision exercise as and when there is a requirement.

- Configure, support, modify, redefine the Org. structures, set up, reporting, modules etc.

- Provide Analytics and Insights to managements on time to time basis for improving the processes and people practices.

- Configure modules, UAT, pilot / soft launch, explore functionalities of HRIS and suggest cost effective methodology.

- Evaluate current applications and benchmark with external HRMS, ERP suites and build enhancement requirements and roll out.

- Assist in the development of project plans and scenarios related to the testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to coordinate upgrades/fixes

- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.

- Configure, Automate, manage workflows across modules in HRIS.

- Sound knowledge in RBP and user permission management across levels as per GDP guidelines.

- Build career framework/Ladder of Junior and Middle management in the BU
