Skills: - 6-8 Years of experience in Telecom &amp; Start-up(b2c) - Out of the box thinking and experimentation mindset with a proven record of overachieving their targets - Managed large sales/BD teams as city/state head - P&amp;L ownership with excellent leadership &amp; team management skills - Ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes mind-set
