We in the lending Partnerships teamwork in close coordination with these major Banks to ensure seamless experience for the customer & the bank. About the Role: - Design, develop and deploy project and program specific strategies. - Launch & lead experiments for new business models and set it up for success - Work in multi-threaded environment with stakeholders of top-leadership of Bank & Rupeek central team to drive initiatives - Have the ability to plan and execute programs within deadline & value with prioritization, planning and detailing out of initiatives. Essentially, the ability to design and problem solve and manage projects with strict timelines. - Tracking, coordination and reporting of initiatives. - Travel and meet central teams of lenders + regional teams on a case-by-case basis Whom are we looking for: - 0-2 years of experience in Program/ project management/ Working in multi-faceted business environments. - Graduates from Tier 1 colleges - IITs, NITs, SRCC - Demonstration of exceptional organization skills to manage multiple initiatives - With a highly creative & analytical skill-set, he or she should be a strategic thinker & problem solver who should have the ability to work seamlessly in a collaborative set-up with top-leadership & executive
