Define the Role - Responsible for the risk adjusted revenue per transaction for the firm - Monitor and track the portfolio revenue, risk on a regular basis - Launch initiatives to continuously improve revenue per transaction - Liaison with growth and marketing teams to ensure the value proposition of pricing is well communicated and is competitive in the market - Liaison with lending partners to structure financial products to increase NIIM, reduce risk - Develop and build capabilities to improve pricing levers to increase contribution margin for the firm Persona - Strong academic pedigree - preferable IIT + IIM/ISB - 5 - 6 years of work experience - 2-3 years of experience in data/financial modelling - Exl, Inductis, investment banking, private equity etc - 3-4 years of consulting experience - Experience in financial services domain is a plus - Managed a team before for at least 1-2 years Skills - Leader with problem solving expertise - High level of ownership - Comfort with ambiguity; strong test and learn bias; ready to get hands dirty - Ability to engage and influence people cross-functionally
