YOUR ROLE In this Role you will be primarily working on - - Own the PnL of the product category and plan, execute and achieve the budgeted revenue and margin targets - Build, test and institutionalize strategies that can potentially impact the growth and risk adjusted returns of the category - Liaison with sales, ops, lending partners and other teams to develop a deep understanding of regional nuances and various business levers of the product portfolio - Lead a team of manager and analysts to drive performance across various aspects of customer lifecycle for the category - new acquisition, loan renewals, repeat purchase, loan enhancements and cancellations - Lead in-depth data analysis and dashboard development to continually track product portfolio behaviour and take timely action to correct for unplanned portfolio movements - Marrying strategic thinking and hypothesis driven problem solving with rapid pilots and iterations KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Graduate from top tier college - IIT/BITS/top 3 NITs. MBA in IIMs preferred. Strong academics - 5+ years of work-ex with combination of consultant stint with a top firm (McKinsey, BCG, AT Kearney, Bain) + retail stint or start up stint in a business role - High level of ownership - Strong test and learn bias - Comfort with open ended problem statements with unclear end state - Strong bias for action and
