About Role : In this role you will be primarily working on - - Taking open-ended problem statements and independently solutions to build MVPs - Constantly analyze data and insights to determine industry and customer trends - Marrying strategic thinking and hypothesis-driven problem-solving with rapid pilots and iterations - Working cross-functionally to drive go-to-market solutions across the critical 4Ps - Building the end state/exit strategies to scale the MVP Key Skills &amp; Qualification: - Graduate from top tier college - IIT/BITS/top 3 NITs. MBA in IIMs preferred. Strong academics - 5+ years of work-ex with a combination of consultant stint with a top firm (McKinsey, BCG, AT Kearney, Bain) + retail stint ( P&amp;G, Unilever, ITC, Nestle, etc) or start-up stint in a business role (Swiggy, Udaan, Ola, Oyo, Flipkart, Treebo, LendingKart, etc.) - High level of ownership - Strong test and learn bias - Comfort with open-ended problem statements with the unclear end state - Strong bias for action and pace - Communication clarity
