Define the Role: - The role exists to provide for integral PR support with both internal and external stakeholders - in terms of a solid structured thought process and flawless execution of the strategy. It also entails one to think topical, apply creative lens and be bold in bringing a fresh perspective to fore for achieving impactful outcome. Key Responsibilities: - Executing relevant PR initiatives focused on key communication pillars of Rupeek - Drive all aspects related to PR operations to end to end and ensure strong agency connect. - Manage the PR agency - Share material and direction for media pitches, have regular interactions for idea generation, status checks on ongoing and planned activity, etc. - Strengthen brand perception &amp; increase brand recall value. - Write and edit written communication - press releases, holding statements, contributory articles, pitch notes, as, etc - Speaker opportunity/ industry discussion forums- Plan and Co-ordinate Conferences, Seminars, and speaker slots/ trade events for the year - Deal promptly with media requests for responses, research, quotes, photos, interviews, etc. - Track, report, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and investment against objectives and key performance indicators. - Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
