Roles and Responsibility: - Review and verify payroll input data shared by HR - Post/Upload accurate entries into Accounting system in correct Cost Centre/bank portal - Reconcile expense ledgers, Bank ledgers, Balance Sheet ledgers (Advance and Payables) and Statutory Taxes GL ledgers - Monthly Maintenance of CWIP Schedule - Post monthly capitalization entries basis approvals - Monthly Maintenance of FAR register / Depreciation Schedule (IT+Co Law) - Work closely with the Admin, Procurement and Finance team in order to ensure completeness and accuracy of FAR - Responsible for ensuring completion of physical verification of assets (Annually) - Produce monthly reports - Assist with month end closing - Provide supporting documentation for audits (Internal, External and DD) - Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Direct and Indirect Laws Skills: - Strong working knowledge of Accounting, Tax Laws, Co Laws - Strong Excel Skills and knowledge of ERP - Attention to detail and accuracy and Analytical thinking Location - Bangalore
