Define the Role :
Relationship management :
1) Develop trust with central team of Banks
- Setup meeting cadence & regular interaction with banks
- Pitch new products/ schemes /processes to banks
- Responsible for resolving process and tech related issues emanating from Bank/Rupeek
2) Solutioning - Understand Bank / Rupeek requirements and create win-win solutions
- Explore tie-ups with new banks
Internal :
3) Ensure bank gets desired share of volumes
4) Alignment of Rupeek teams to meet Bank expectations
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management/Relationship management/Enterprise sales - low leverage environment preferred
