RUOSH - National Retail Sales Manager (7-13 yrs)
Responsible for driving top & bottom line
Enabling team to achieve their sales targets
Maintenance of various MIS retail reports and analysing the trend
Suggest preventive, corrective measures to ensure profitability
Coordinate with marketing, merchandising team for effective promos
Analyse the effectiveness of promos, discount etc
Understand the dynamics of the stores and come up with focused plan for the poor performing stores
Review the store performance on a regular basis with regional managers & team below
Ensure the store operating procures are being followed and implemented. Zero deviation
To monitor the inventory flow; mismatch, damage etc
Efficient and effective management of operational costs
Developing evaluation system on the basis of sales/KPI/service
Responsible for conducting timely store audits
Manpower planning
People management: attrition control, team motivation
Suggest effective and motivating incentive plans for the store team
Work collaboratively with support teams for efficient store operations
Market intelligence and benchmarking
