Rungta Advisors - Associate - Sell Side & Buy Side Deals - M&A & Private Equity

Associate :

We are seeking to add an Associate to our team as part of the M&A and Private Equity with an exposure to Sell side and Buy side deals.

Role Summary :

- End-to-end engagement from business development and pitching to transaction closure

- Preparation of teaser, Research and analysis of industry trends, Trading Comps and Transaction Comps

- Preparing detailed Information Memorandum's showcasing business and capabilities to solicit investment

- Financial modelling across sectors for various PE and M&A projects. Clarity of thought and the ability to understand the client's business and economics would be important

- Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF and other relevant valuation techniques

- Significant front-end exposure in managing the client to support the transaction leader in execution of M&A / Private Equity transactions

Academic qualifications :

- BE, MBA-Finance, CA, CFA

- About 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Corporate M&A

- Good written and verbal communication skills are mandatory

- Be willing to travel within India

Compensation : Up to 10 Lakh
