Analyst Level 3
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Finance Analyst Level 3 to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 12 years of experience in financial analysis, valuation, and investment research.
- As a third-year analyst, you will take greater ownership of financial projects, manage complex deliverables, and engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- You will also play a key role in mentoring junior analysts, enhancing internal processes, and driving analytical excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment research with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights
- Perform and oversee DCF, comparable company, precedent transactions, and SOTP-based valuations
- Prepare and refine high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, information memorandums, and due diligence reports
- Contribute actively to M&A, fundraising, and capital markets transactions, supporting deal structuring and execution
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research, identifying trends, risks, and investment opportunities
- Collaborate directly with clients, investment bankers, and senior stakeholders, presenting financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring quality in research, modeling, and report writing
- Take ownership of workflow management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of client projects and financial outputs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize research methodologies and analytical frameworks
- Support the development of best practices and elevate internal financial reporting standards
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or CFA Level 2/3, with 12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, valuation, and transaction support
- Strong command of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment research
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with platforms like CapIQ, FactSet, and Mergermarket is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail in reporting and forecasting
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with comfort in engaging senior stakeholders and external clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, take initiative, and lead key financial outputs
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship mindset, supporting the development of junior team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, handling complex financial tasks with precision
