Here's What You Do ;

- Co-ordinate communication and deliverables across multiple functions and make sure they come together to execute against sprint planning

-Monitor and report on project activities, design prototypes and wireframes for CRM, website and mobile apps

- Conduct best practice research, survey data, A/B tests & analyse the competitive environment and understand key product metrics

- Exhibit sound product judgement and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving business goals

- Clearly communicate product ideas and benefits to our users and internal stakeholders.

- Co-ordinate end-to-end product development - write specifications, work cross-functionally with engineering, data and design teams to launch features, analyse results and iterate on feature/product via learning

- Perform testing on various modules as part of the release cycle and maintaining quality of the system

Here's What You need :

- 1-2 years of experience working on analytics, data-driven projects with an understanding of product management practices

- Undergraduate degree from top tier university - BS in Engineering, Computer Science or Math is a plus while MBA degree is a plus

- Ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to envision and iterate concepts

- A self-starter who is excited by a fast-paced environment and the accountability that comes with managing large projects and co-ordinating with senior stakeholders

- Thorough at performing exploratory analysis on data, competition with basic understanding of data visualisation and different project management tools

Product Mindset:

- Is passionate about the consumer & loves solving problems

- Thinks & understands complex data, user flows, customer needs, and business needs and is able to visualize data in a customer friendly presentation

- Analytical Approach: Able to properly evaluate the success or failure of features and use data to guide next steps.

- Design thinking understanding and good understanding of AGILE, SCRUM methodologies
