Oracle NetSuite - Revenue Consulting Manager

The consulting manager serves as subject matter expert on NetSuite order to cash processes responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions related to NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management and order to cash processes.

- Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.

- Deliver as an individual contributor, but also able to lead a team of Consultants, Developers and/or Solution Architects.

- Demonstrate NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) thought leadership and educate clients on NetSuite best practices and ensure adherence across the implementation team.

- Absorb new product and technical capabilities from NetSuite during new product releases.

- Coach and mentor junior resources; own responsibility for ongoing configuration and development of resources on projects.

- Oversee client delivery quality on assigned projects

- Manage tasks against communicated budget

- Utilization target of 75%

Qualifications:

- 5 - 8 years of functional, hands-on NetSuite experience

- 2+ years of experience with the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module of NetSuite

- Ideally implementing this module for tech/software companies

- Experience importing revenue transactions preferred

- Revenue accounting experience preferred

- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and manage task assignments for yourself and within teams. Monitor and drive issues to resolution.

- 2+ years of specific focus in order to cash processes in NetSuite

Preferred:

- Experience with: Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Billing, Recommending QCP solutions.

- Functional knowledge of 3rd Party Applications: Zuora, Zone Advanced Billing

- Proficiency in Agile or Agile-hybrid methodologies.

- Administering comprehensive training and documentation to both end-users and admin users.

- Preferred certifications: NetSuite Foundation, NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite ARM Certification
