RSM US LLP - Director - NetSuite Practice

RSM is keen to hire a seasoned Director to develop and lead the Strategic Finance and FP&A practice within RSM India. The objective is to onboard a leader with strong experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation and consulting. She / He will be responsible for the development of this team within India to support the U.S. member Firm as RSM expands its capabilities across various geographies.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES :

The individual would be responsible for:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop a team that supports RSM's global NetSuite practice with an India based delivery model.

- Position the India based RSM NetSuite team as the preferred consulting team for projects based in the US and globally, serving as subject matter experts or implementing entire projects.

People Leadership:

- Understand strategic priorities of the member Firm's clients and motivates/leverages teams to respond to these priorities. Remove inhibitors to performance.

- Drive a performance culture within the India Oracle NetSuite business, ensuring the best team is in place to drive sustainable growth and results.

- Attract, develop, and retain best talent to help fulfill growth plans and develop clear succession plans for the group.

- Mentor the team to perform at their best in a climate that promotes teamwork and collaboration across the matrix.

- Continuously monitor mix of skills (CPA, BA, config) to match needs

Stakeholder Management:

- Manage and foster relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Institutionalize effective internal stakeholder influencing and management skills across the organization.

Service Delivery Management:

- Build and position a world class NetSuite implementation practice.

- Utilization target of 25% to 50%

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

RSM India seeks a proven NetSuite implementation team leaders who brings ERP team leadership and consulting experience to RSM.

The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements:

- 10+ years of consulting or industry experience working with professional services / ERP implementation or related industry experience.

- Experience implementing NetSuite or similar ERP solutions, broad knowledge of ERP process, experience leading multiple ERP projects, leading ERP project teams and guiding the development of ERP team members.

- Consulting experience leading client pursuit calls, effectively setting client expectations, scoping ERP work effort and delegating to team members.

- Monitoring project budgets and quality.

- Proven ability to lead a business, including growing talent and overseeing successful delivery of large-scale solutions

- Core focus on developing future talent by empowering direct reports with knowledge and opportunities to grow in their careers

- Develop long-term relationships and networks internally

- Interact and communicate effectively with teammates, internal stakeholders, and clients

- Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members

- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service

- Highly motivated and dependable

- Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities

- Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific business and consulting functions
