Job Synopsis :

Financial Advisory Service major offering includes: Transaction Advisory Services; Technical Accounting and Healthcare Advisory Services where they provide services like report tie-out, work book build out, cash proofs, data analysis for financial due diligence, Leasing accounting and Revenue Recognition.

Minimum Entry Requirements :

- B.Tech + MBA (Finance/IT)

- Relevant experience from Big 4 or equivalent Transaction Advisory Services practice.

- Deal experience with onshore team including data room management, document request list preparation, management meeting preparation, workbook analysis, Quality of Earnings, due diligence reports, client calls and engagement team calls.

- Exposure to various sectors such as financial services, healthcare, pharma, power and utility, energy, retail and hospitality, and technology.

- An experience in across wide spectrum of IT security including Strategy and Roadmap, Infrastructure and Application Security, Vendor Management and Procurement, Spend Analysis and Benchmarking, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance.

- ERP or supply chain applications implementation experience; functional expertise in IT and supporting front/back office operations preferred

- The ability to develop detailed, compelling and analytical PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders.

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as FFIEC, NERC CIP, PCI, HIPAA, and HITECH a plus.

- Managing complex operational and/or IT projects/people.

- Analyze and accurately format large sets of data.

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Responsibilities :

- Support deal spin-up including: Digesting CIM / Management presentation; Reviewing data room materials; Generating draft scope, budget, and data request list.

- Support deal research including: Ongoing data room monitoring and review - calling out major findings to team; Research leadership on LinkedIn / Reuters / Glassdoor, etc. to assess background and qualifications; Perform research on novel IT systems to identify quality and fit for the business.

- Support deal execution including: Light financial modeling; fixed assets analysis (inventory aggregation, replacement dates); organization analysis (compensation benchmarking, spans and controls analysis); software license analysis, IT infrastructure analysis

- Support deal report writing including: Organization analysis write-up; Spend analysis write-up; Assets analysis write-up; application portfolio analysis write-up.

- Support ongoing research including: Top X applications for [function] and identified major differences between them (ex. ecommerce: Magento vs. WooCommerce vs. BigCommerce vs. Shopify).

- Note : The role involves pre deal work for IT due diligence and not post deal work related to IT IMO/SMO.
