Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager / Lead
Location: Chennai
Division: Business Performance Improvement
Team: BPI - Continuous Improvement
Position Description: Work closely with the operations leader in identification and completion of continuous improvement opportunities. Bring in rigor in implementation of organization wide continuous improvement initiatives across the different sites
Essential Qualifications: : Degree in any discipline
Technical Qualifications: Six Sigma Black belt / Lean Certified
Experience: 10 - 16 Years
Organization Structure: Continuous Improvement Manager
Work Schedule: Shift assignment is dependent on the project assigned. Ability to work on a flexible schedule - day, night and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identification and scoping of LSS projects across the divisions
- Responsible for identification and scoping of CI projects across the divisions
- Responsible for implementation of the organization wide initiatives from a continuous improvement perspective
- Work closely with the operation leaders for ensuring the smooth completion of the projects
- Perform process health check activities for the large teams on a periodic frequency
- Responsible for identification of process that would be automatable
- Support operation in the data analytical needs for problem solving
