JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure meeting weekly production requirement as per the SKU-wise production plan.
- To coordinate between 3P & Supply Chain for the availability of required RM/PM on time.
- To manage networks (creating the network and aligning & coordinating with all stakeholders) and ensure new products are launched within the committed timeline.
- To ensure financial terms and condition are adhered to as per the agreement.
- To drive a culture of continuous improvement towards quality and productivity.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Must have worked in reputed Personal care company in Manufacturing.
- Must have experience in managing a network of different 3Ps across India.
- Must be conversant with factory commercials in 3P perspective.
- Should have some exposure to Projects (new facility, upgradation of infra, productivity improvement).
- Must be conversant with quality control requirements.
- Must have handled audits Quality, Commercial.
- Must have handled NPD commercialization.
- Must have handled PP module of SAP.
