RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group - Regional Sales Manager (12-18 yrs)
Regional Sales Manager
- Managing the sales & distribution for the region & delivering the revenue target
- Driving direct and indirect coverage
- Ensure Too Yumm! is visible and well represented in customer outlets
- Alignment to GIL's system and processes
- Identifying & driving strategic market priorities and developmental projects in the region
- Managing teams, maintain motivation and contribute to building people capability
- Building and maintaining effective Route to Market & Customer relationships
- Influencing thought leadership
- Liaise with other functions like HR, Supply Chain, and Commercial to build process robustness and drive compliance.
- Build growth strategy for the region and road map for growth for next 2 years
Experience :
- Must be currently handling Area Sales Managers / Zonal Sales Managers
- 14 Years' experience with at least 10+ years in FMCG
- Currently must be in FMCG/Telecom
- Preferable to have candidates with experience in High Competitive Categories, Organizations and Food Category
- Should have knowledge of all Channels - Urban and Rural of GT
- Should be willing to travel out of HQ Town for at least 10 days in a month
