Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have worked in reputed Namkeen/snacks company
- Work experience of handling of Namkeen line is highly preferred.
- Must have worked in established set up of large FMCG companies.
- Must be conversant with contract manufacturing requirements and must have spent some part of career in handling 3P operations in snacks.
- Must have handled a team.
- Must be conversant with quality control operations.
- Must be conversant with packaging quality requirements
- Must have handled audits Quality, commercial
- Handled exports certification - not must
- Must have handled PP module of SAP.
- Floor work experience required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Solution seeker
- Analytical ability
- Well versed in MS Excel(vlook up , pivot tables, graphs, bar / pie charts , data analysis)
- Basic solving tools(like Fish bone analysis, Y-Y Analysis, Pareto chart, 80-20 rule, brainstorming)
- Should have good communication skills in English
