Job Description :

1. Optimum utilization & maximizing efficiency of Man-Machine resources by optimum planning & prioritization of operations on line & achieve

2. Scaleup plant capacities through technology induction

3. Ensure Plants & supply chain statutory and legal compliance

4. Build people capability to cater to business growth

5. Responsible for achieving overall production plan compliance

6. Analysing various processes and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.

7. Responsible for complete management of packing and manufacturing area with direct reportees and overall accountability for about 500 employees

8. Ensure high level of personal hygiene and good manufacturing practices to get quality product without any defects

9. Manage materials in such a way that there is minimum waste and establish good control measures to reduce the same for continuous improvement.

- Engineering Graduate with 15 years of experience in food industry in Planning, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Contract Manufacturing.
