At Operational Level

- Forecasting, Budgeting and decision support

- Implementation of financial policies

- Monthly book closure and revenue management inputs and managing tax related compliances

- Responsible for aiding the business head in ensuring that all revenue and Cost Business KPIs are met

- Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organisation

- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls

- Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes

At Business Level

- Facilitate Pricing Decisions

- Preparation of Robust and detailed actionable MIS

- Analysis of Revenue

- Monthly Review of P&L and variance analysis for Key items

- Post launch analysis

- Driving Margin Agenda

- Analysis of trends for timely corrective actions.

- Calculation of ROI on marketing spends

At Customer Level

- Monitoring the inventory movement and ensuring timely payment to vendors

- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organisation is compliant with Ind AS

- Ensure efficient internal control and Audit system

At Finance Level

- Preparation of Quarterly financial statements and Annual accounts as per Ind AS and SEBI format

- Managing the financial controls, finance operation and preparation of Annual operating plan

- Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board

- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained

At People Level

- Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team

- Monitoring, analyzing and driving the KPIs

- Recruitment, training, mentoring and development of staff
