Talent Acquisition: The position is responsible for identifying the critical manpower needs for all the functions of the business and fulfil the requirements as per defined timelines and within the Budget. Handle the recruitment & selection process for both Factory as well as Field including sourcing/ screening CVs as per required job description, line-up interviews, prepare offer letters and place the manpower as per the defined TAT.
Employee Engagement: Improve the engagement score by driving employee connect and engagement activities
Learning & Development: Handle Training & Development of all employees including fcatory and Field staff as per identified needs
Employee Onboarding: Manage the entire employee life cycle and its records like offer & Appointment letter
Reward & Recognition: Organize Monthly Townhalls and drive R&R programs
MIS: Keep the HR Dashboard ready will all the important MIS reports
