We are holding ID card from The Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia-Mumbai and The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia New Delhi. We provide a wide range of facilities to our clients and deal with manpower recruitment as per clients demands.

For one of our client ,a leading medical disposable manufacturing company in Riyadh Saudi Arabia we require TEAM LEADERS

Overview of Position:

Organize and empower a team of production line operators to achieve flawless product quality, planned volume, line efficiency, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) while fully engaged in the operation of the line and ownership of bottom line results.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Direct activities on the line to meet overall performance objectives for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale:

1. Manage the staffing process to ensure colleagues are available to perform duty, trained and have the necessary skills to perform all required duties, safely and effectively.

2. Ensure line operations meet established standards, specifications, efficiency and quality, safety requirements to affect favorable production results.

3. Deliver quality product that is in-specification and right first time. Ensure all quality parameter checks are done correctly, on-time and recorded in the Quality Documentation.

4. Analyze the reason for variance and implement corrective action and preventative action plans for the losses.

5. Monitor line performance and ensure output, labor and material yield standards are achieved. Maintain a critical work plan for the line, to systematically address problems and implement improvements to achieve year-over-year cost reduction.

6. Ensure Product and Performance data is available and accurate at all times. Prepare production shift reports for use at the daily meetings.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- University Degree in any subject preferably Engineering.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in garment industry or any FMCG manufacturing is required.

- Production, Continuous Improvement background within a manufacturing industry.

- Previous experience leading, motivating and engaging teams and achieving results required.

- Prior technical experience in processing and packaging manufacturing is desired.

- Computer skills in Microsoft and Outlook are required.
