IT Specialist


We M/s Royal Travels is a world class travel & recruitment agent (Recognized by Government of India, ministry of labor Reg. No: 3586/ MUM/ PER/ 1000+/ 5515/ 2000). We are holding ID card from The Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia-Mumbai and The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia New Delhi. We provide a wide range of facilities to our clients and deal with manpower recruitment as per clients demands. For one of our client ,a leading packaged drinking water manufacturing company in Hail , Saudi Arabia we require Information technology specialist


POSITION SUMMARY:


Assists in operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technology infrastructure and systems in ABAR Hail , and supports IT project activities related to requirements, design, implementation and management of application products and services.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Work directly with the organization's servers and networks, performing setup, improvement and maintenance tasks


- Ensures that employees can successfully connect to networks and access business-critical data at all times


- Configure network security settings and connect peripheral devices, such as printers and scanners, that are used by multiple users


- Set up data storage and retrieval protocols, adjust permissions, and maintain data security and integrity during migrations, backups and daily use


- Use expertise in database software and languages to support enterprise-wide database access


- Provide direct support to users across the organization


- Help set up hardware or software, diagnose connection or data access problems, answer questions about hardware or software, and help users access shared drives and devices


- May also provide support to help desk staff and technicians


- Maintain information security throughout the organization


- Monitor access logs and build database security measures


- Set up antivirus software on workstations, establish email security policies, and perform periodic data and backup audits to prevent information loss and unauthorized access


- Support the IT department and the enterprise by troubleshooting systems and devices, especially after a server migration or enterprise-wide update


- Identifies issues with new hardware or software and works with users or at the back end of servers to quickly resolve these issues and prevent delays


- Prepare reports on hardware and software problems


- Liaise with external vendors and internal IT teams (applications, infrastructure, and security) on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Or at least 5 years' experience in related fields


- Knowledge about hardware and software configuration of servers, networks, computers, and peripherals


- Extensive knowledge of information security practices and procedures


- Working knowledge of programming paradigms and script execution using languages


- Working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows desktop, server, and network operating systems.


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills


- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines


- The ability to work well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment


- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or related software


- Problem analysis and solution


- Ability to focus on detailed work for long periods of time
