Royal Enfield - Manager - Service Marketing (8-12 yrs)
We are hiring for Service Marketing- Chennai Position, below is the JD. Please go through the JD and apply if found relevant.
- Analyze data, market research and launch new schemes / campaign to increase customer retention at workshops
- Launch attractive schemes which will cover the target customer to increase workshop customer in flow
- Plan and monitor the efficacy of the service camps centrally with respect to delta revenues to the dealer and RE.
- Responsible for aiding Retail Network in identifying gaps in all After Sales business parameters - service market share, free service redemption, parts, lubes, etc and dealer service absorption ratio
- Hands of experience in convincing and conducting activities for the customers who never turns back to authorized workshop for service.
- Identify, plan, prepare and standardize all marketing communication to customers in liaison with marketing, social media teams
- Inform the customer via communication medium like SMS, and social media of RE about the benefits of doing on-time periodic service, Mobile - Mega - Doorstep - local service camps, health check-ups, service reminders, RSA, insurance, other soft products, riding tips, safety tips, etc.
- Publish customer engagements events (customer rides, customer meets, random survey on service quality, experience about visit to service store, Do It Yourself session, Hi-Tea meetings)
