Job Description - Given that Routematic is a category creator and an industry disruptor, the Customer Success function is critical to driving adoption. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from our product. - The Customer Success function at Routematic is responsible for account onboarding and maintenance, fleet operations design for service delivery, providing a consulting touch to the end customer and upselling to the accounts.&nbsp; - The Customer Success Program manager heads the customer engagement and program management for the entire west region in India. - He/she is responsible for leading all the programs in west region establishing strong customer relationships, ensuring high quality customer experience, promoting adoption and executing flawless service delivery to achieve high CSAT and loyalty. Responsibilities - Overall responsibility of accounts in the region. - Drive successful product implementation and post implementation adoption - Business Analysis - End to end data analysis for insight generation - Proficient with excel - Provide leadership to the entire Customer Success team. - Build change management expertise within the team - Drive Routematic post implementation customer adoption and client engagement. - Build strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and handle escalations. - Create a framework to deliver continuous value to the customer during BAU and create a strong customer referral network. - Program management for new and existing accounts. - Hiring for key roles within the team. Candidate Profile Experience 1. 6 - 10 years of experience (If MBA/BTech from Tier 1 institute, less experience can be considered). 2. 2 - 3 years of experience as individual contributor in customer facing roles. 3. At-least 2-3 years as client engagement manager in IT company (Preferably in B2B IT product company). 4. Should have handled team. 5. Excellent excel skills. 6. Excellent verbal &amp; presentation skills. 7. Strong written communication skills. Education 1. MBA and/or BE/B. Tech or equivalent. (Tier 1 institute preferred)
