The City Head for Fleet Marketplace Operations will be responsible for the marketplace P&amp;L for city. Roles &amp; Responsibilities -&nbsp; 1. Supply sourcing to fulfill available demand 2. Supply incentive design 3. Maintaining supply quality 4. Monitoring and improving the operations process 5. Leading the city operations team to deliver on the operations metrics The ideal candidate should be an MBA from a Tier 1 B-School (IIM/ISB) with an undergraduate engineering degree and should be highly data driven and customer centric. Candidates with experience in similar operations leadership roles or from consulting should apply.
