Job Description :

- The Project Manager oversees the full project management and software development life cycles for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic products and business initiatives.


- The PM will manage and coordinate a number of key product development efforts undertaken by RoundGlass.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple high velocity Agile projects using scrum

- Conduct daily scrum meetings for multiple projects and weekly scrum meetings

- Provide clear visibility into states of project development, risks and issues; communicate effectively to all stakeholders and senior leadership

- Conduct issue tracking and reporting

- Facilitate conflict/issue resolution

- Ensure compliance with RG methods and practices by the teams

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders including product management, architecture, engineering, QA, technical writing etc. to drive projects to success

- Participate in the implementation and establishment of PMO policies, system monitoring and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all engineering product initiatives

- Build strong relationships with cross-functional team managers at all levels

- Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and as an advocate for best practices in project management

- Maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support an effective PMO

- Determine project costs/ensure delivery of projects on time and within budgetary guidelines

- Perform cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives

Educational and Experience Requirements :

- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field

- PMI Certification strongly preferred

- Expert knowledge of Agile methodology; Scrum Master certification preferred

- 8+ years of relevant experience, to include 8+ years of experience in project/program management roles, preferably with a technology product company

- Expert knowledge of both software development and project management lifecycles

- Ability to build strong relationships across the enterprise leadership teams within RG

- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong analytical, prioritization and collaboration skills

- Ability to organize and work effectively with project teams of staff from cross-functional departments as required

- Self-starter/self-reliant, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges, learn and develop

- Good negotiation skills, competitive and confident approach
