RoundGlass - Marketing Lead Central Digital Team - We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer who will work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition through paid online media. - This role will require deep expertise in lead generation and paid media optimization. The incumbent will develop and drive the digital marketing strategy; oversee customer acquisition and manage global digital media planning. What you'll do : - Manage the strategy, forecasting, budgeting and reporting for all paid media channels including: PPC, paid social and Google Ads. - Efficiently deliver against traffic, new lead generation and sales targets for the entire product portfolio - Ensure that the search, programmatic and affiliate marketing channels are optimised to maximise reach while still delivering against ROI targets. - Work with key stakeholders (product, sales, design, PR) to position campaigns for the right audiences. - Influence the strategy and specifically develop, implement and evaluate the customer acquisition, marketing and retention campaigns - Establish a programmatic-driven approach to advertising. - Develop the correct customer focused KPIs, dashboards and analysis - Identify growth and development opportunities through transparent and actionable business reporting and insights that can be shared and easily understood by the wider business. - Find ways to connect and tap into website data, CRM database, search insights and social media listing to understand existing audiences and use this to find new prospects/ similar audiences. - Lead the digital marketing team to gain commitment and loyalty, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the brands strategic objectives and priorities and remain motivated and engaged to help the business achieve these.
