- Responsible for timely renewal/obtaining licenses and approvals applicable to the company under various legislation.

- To maintain good liaison with government agencies like Factory Inspector, Dept. of Explosive, Dept. of weight & measures, Prohibition & Excise Dept. Dist. Collector, Mamlatdar, Gram Talati, GIDC, Notified area authority, Boiler inspector office, Local police station, Dist. Supply officer, Electrical inspectors office, GEPIL, Energy & Petrochemical Dept. Gandhinagar, DGVCL., Legal Meteorology Dept. Chemical Weapon Convention Authority Dept. of Industries Commissioner ate GPCB, AIA, AEPS, etc.

- Looking, after all, SEZ related activities - LOA Related All activity from DC, Plot Allotment, Possession receipt, LUT/BOND, Plot Drawing approval from SEZ, Sub Lease Deed between Factory & DSL, Plot Mortgage-related activity for Bank Loan, Trial & Commercial Production Permission from DSL & DC, Material Purchase related All Activity related to SEZ, Material Sales related all activity related to SEZ.

- Experience in handling Greenfield projects. (Mandatory)

- To support all HODS for all statutory regulations/obligations are met with respect to the compliance part.

- To maintain documents & records related to licenses and its compliances.

- Timely support to EHS and other departments during audit and inspection for statutory documents.

- Support for liaison activity for the acquisition of the company.

- Maintain relations and communication with the corporate legal department.

- Support administration for legal activities for the visitor /foreign delegates.

Location: Bharuch/Dahej

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate Min. 8+ year of experience

- Postgraduate will be an added advantage.

- Good Communication, Coordination, Man Management, and Leadership Skill

- Good analytical skill

- Computer Savvy

- Positive attitude

- Travel required to the plants and govt. offices for the above purpose as and when needed.
