RocSearch has been delivering its services to customers via a 1:1/bespoke model, i.e., through customised product/service offerings for each client. With the increasing focus of customers on digital tools and growing number of internet users, RocSearch has forayed into B2B and B2C digital product offerings that can be offered to customers under a subscription model. To strengthen our position in the digital domain, we would like to develop new highly scalable and innovative digital products/services that can be offered to clients/customers in India/UK/US. The role holder will be responsible for conducting research on new digital products/services, develop and market the product thereafter.

Our requirement :

- Ability to conduct in-depth research on digital product/services ideas from different sources

- Experience in researching competitors of digital product/services ideas in the market and present insights/findings to the stakeholders

- Identify and liaise with vendors/partners to develop the product

- Ability to conduct a full analysis of the new market and pricing strategies to launch the new product/service

- Analyse the competitive landscape to understand product differentiators and achieve unique positioning in the market

- Define digital product objectives and outline digital product strategy

- Observe and document trends/behaviours and gather related data/details

Candidate profile :

- MBA/PGDM with a strong academic track record

- 7 - 10 years of experience in the relevant profile

- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

- Must be a generalist, should be willing to work across various phases of product development, liaising with different teams etc.

- Analytical mindset with an ability to think out of the box

- Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated

- Proficiency with MS-Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint would be preferred
