Role :

- The candidate will be part of the Human Resources (HR) function and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within an organizational structure.

- The position reports to the Head - Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with businesses to get a clear view of their hiring needs

- Source candidates in order to fill open positions

- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.).

- Review employment applications

- Counsel the candidate on salary, benefits, and work environment

- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates

- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities

- Create weekly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

- Maintain a candidate database of all candidates

- Designing and conducting training programs

- Designing and conducting employee engagement events

Candidate Profile :

The candidate should be motivated and willing to collaborate with the team to seamlessly execute the responsibilities. Other requirements include:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 8 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment consulting background will be preferred

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Proven working experience in recruiting

- Strong knowledge of candidates' selection methods

- Negotiation, influencing, and communication skills

- Candidates from recruitment consulting firms will be preferred
