The role holder will be in charge of managing the company's daily administrative processes and will oversee a group of experts as they carry out a variety of administrative tasks across various divisions. The ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about departmental protocols and policies and should be capable of actively seeking out new approaches to do tasks more quickly. Role and Responsibilities: - Interface with internal clients and address issues - Ensure checklists and logs are updated and kept up-to-date at the intervals specified in the maintenance method - Follow-up periodic pre-planned preventive maintenance like pest control and cleaning water tanks, drainage system etc. - Manage internal and external office events - Ensure accuracy and effectiveness by creating and reviewing operational reports and schedules - Set goals and deadlines for the department - Acquire, distribute and store supplies - Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve administrative operations - Conduct classes to teach procedures to staff - Manage and oversee maintenance, administration, and improvement of facility, employee's physical work environment, office equipment's & high-quality administration services - Plan, schedule, and coordinate major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for the facility - Evaluation and implementation of suggestions & observations generated from surveys and audits - Periodic meetings with all vendors to discuss their performance v/s SLAs defined - Performing regular inspections - Ensuring the admin & facilities are in compliance with security procedures - Independently solving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision - Supervising all facilities staff and external contractors Candidate Profile: - 10-12 years of experience in administration and facilities management - Strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the customers - Good knowledge of Legal Compliances, Factory Act, and Labour Law - Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong analytical thinking skills, problem-solving skills - Strong innovative, creative thinking skills
