- Responsible for overall delivery of RPA implementations which involves analysis and design, development, Testing, Deploying and maintenance - Responsible for managing a portfolio of various RPA implementations - Responsible in maintaining a technical team of 50-100 people - Responsible for mentoring and grooming project managers to handle project execution - Responsible for delivery management of engagements and customer satisfaction on the engagements - Responsible for oversight to ensure process adherence & compliance - Responsible for succession planning, staffing and capacity planning - Analysing resource requirements and recruiting team members, training and mentoring them and monitoring their performance throughout the project. - Being the first level of escalations - Track and ensure coordination of all RPA tasks - Maintain a Risks and Issues Log for the overall program to ensure all items are addressed and actively managed - Set up/ Maintain/ Provide visibility and governance for all the internal stakeholders over the entire RPA implementations across various clients - Ensure all the elements are in place for the rapid deployment of Robotics and other related technologies, including infrastructure, vendor agreements, training and a standardized playbook. Required Skills - Experience in IT implementing various digital solutions to clients. - 3+ years of project management experience and 1 year of delivery management - Experience building core products and understanding of Digital Applications and platforms - Good understanding of Project Management, Process and other corporate initiatives - Should have managed projects and large enterprise accounts - Strong process understanding and adherence skills - Must understand Agile project management - Excellent communication skills Demonstrable people management skills - Should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a master's degree in computers - Should be open to travel to customer locations and initiate/run customer engagements
