Roles and responsibilities :
- Custodian of IP assets - Intro ppt, GTM Strategy, Demo, Brochure, Pricing Matrix, BoM, Case Study
- Launch IP assets successfully in target markets identified. Owner of IP revenue.
- Product cost vs ROI gatekeeper. Product Quality Approver.
- Define Product Roadmap / Vision - market validation, MVP, SWOT, USP.
- Strategic presales pitch for IP assets on a case-to-case basis.
- Liasoning with agencies - specialists, analysts, research org., partners.
- Face of Robosoft to prospects at events/seminars and on social medium.
- Approver of Customer Experience designs meeting product requirements.
Networks of Connects :
Marcomm Team - product marketing, content writing.
Presales Team - proposal prep, bid management.
Biz. Dev. / Alliance Team - product pricing, strategic partners, GTM.
User Experience Team - customer experience- owner.
Product Delivery / QA Team - product - final acceptance- owner.
External Agencies / Specialists - face of Robosoft and SPOC.
Strategic Customers - reference clientele for case study.
Finance Team - IP revenue, ROI reporting.
