As the Business and Contracts Manager you will be a member of Roambees operation team and you will be chartered to build processes and systems that help the company scale and execute with transparency, accountability and within the compliance framework the company has laid out. This role is based in our Mumbai office and reports directly to the US based COO. Your Area of Responsibility: - Work with the COO and other team members to define and establish a scale able, robust, yet easy to execute contracts management system. - Help assess and present different options for tools and process that improve our operational performance as they relate to our contracts and their execution. - Bring your ideas into a companies' operation mix; objectively evaluate their efficacy and success. - Drive reporting and analytics efforts in our operations function. - Create reporting and establish KPIs and success metrics for your function. - Participate in the groups planning, OKR (objectives and key results) process and in team meetings as appropriate. - Work within Netsuite ERP, Sharepoint, Hubspot CRM and our contracts management tool to help drive the business towards its goals. What Were Looking For: Exp: 5 - 8 Years - Operations or business background with 2-4 years of experience. Bachelor's degree/PG required. - Interest in supply chain management or transportation and logistics a big plus! - A person that aspires to be a leader and has a proactive can do attitude and has a proven track record driving successful projects. - Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong propensity to succeed. - Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments. Please note: This job is located in Mumbai, India. Candidate must be authorized to legally work in the country. The candidate may be asked to travel nationally and internationally on occasion.
