RMX Industries - Senior Sales Manager - Europe Region (4-8 yrs)
We are looking to hire a senior sales manager to lead & own the company's revenue responsibility for the Europe region.
Roles & Responsibilities -
1. Manage end to end Europe sales: lead generation to closure and post closure relationship management.
2. Responsible for new business development through upselling & cross-selling existing customers & also onboarding new customers
3. Research & analyse the market & customers in the target countries
4. Planning sales campaigns suited to specific markets and customers
5. Planning and reviewing budgets for the entire region European market
6. Participate in international trade shows & exhibitions to in order to grow company's business in the European market
7. Expand the business with existing customers by engaging in up-selling & cross-selling activities.
8. Serve as the link of communication between the customers and internal teams
9. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
10. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
11. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
12. Ability to work independently, work effectively across functional lines, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and make consequential decisions that bring projects, and sales other activities to closure.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. 4-6 years experience in active Sales in the Europe market
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
3. Strong communicator (verbal & written) and good negotiator
4. Great knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and any CRM software (HubSpot)
