International Key Account Manager

- We are looking to hire an experienced key account manager for our North America market to maintain strong relationships with the company's key customers.

- The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key customers are satisfied with the solutions provided, also identifying & executing new business opportunities for key clients.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients in Americas region while acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

2. Expand the business with existing customers by engaging in up-selling & cross-selling activities.

3. Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner

4. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

5. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

6. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

7. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

8. Analyze & work on pricing structures for new & existing customers

9. Ability to work independently, work effectively across functional lines, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and make consequential decisions that bring projects, and sales other activities to closure.

Skills & Qualifications :

1. Proven experience as key account manager handling big accounts in Americas market

2. 3-5 years experience in sales & key account management

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

4. Strong communicator (verbal & written) and good negotiator
