About the Company : We are an industry leading 30-year-old family-owned company headquartered in Punjab, that is in the business of manufacturing rubber hoses and metal auto-retractable hose reels. We are the largest manufacturing exporter of general purpose hoses and reels from India, selling in over 22 countries from Americas region, APAC region and multiple countries in the EMEA region. We are set to be a $100 Million company by 2026. The company has been growing multifolds and expanding its footprint across various countries. The team has been growing too with well professionals coming from diverse backgrounds (Strategy Consulting, Operations, Marketing, Sales) and top institutions (like IIM, XLRI).


Job Location - Jalandhar, Punjab

About the Role :

1. Closely work the CEO. Lead, oversee & support sales of all group companies while closely working with sales heads of the subsidiary entities.

2. Define plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales targets while aiming for new customer acquisition & new market development

3. Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.

4. Ensure optimum allocation and use of assigned budgets.

5. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.

6. Deliver customer delight by understanding the customer expectations and contribution towards customer satisfaction.

7. Work with the CEO to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

8. Close association with marketing function to plan various marketing initiatives for sales support

9. Manage key customer relationships and lead the sales efforts in closing strategic opportunities.

10. Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.

11. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff as well as rep. agencies to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.

12. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.

13. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships. Also, travel to global locations for trade shows, events, visits, etc. as decided by the management for company's growth.

Qualifications & Experience :

1. 6 to 15 years of experience in international sales, B2B/B2C sales, setting up international distribution channels, institutional sales, etc.

2. Exceptional communication skills.

3. Great at using Excel, PPTs & Docs.
