The person will be responsible for managing an organization's resources, including its human capital, to ensure that they are being used efficiently and effectively to meet the organization's goals and objectives.

The following are some of the common duties and responsibilities of a resource manager

Job:

- Workforce Planning: Forecasting the workforce needs of the organization, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations, and developing strategies to address any potential gaps.

- Resource Allocation: Allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to various projects or departments based on the organization's priorities and goals.

- Project Management: Managing and monitoring projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management programs that monitor employee productivity, engagement, and growth, and providing feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance.

- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the organization's resources are being used effectively and efficiently.

- HR Information Systems: Managing the organization's HR information systems, including maintaining employee records, developing reports, and ensuring data accuracy and security.

- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and keeping up-to-date with any changes that may affect the organization.

The person should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. One should also have a deep understanding of project management and HR best practices and be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
