Job Description :-
- Pitching to new customers, making presentations etc.
- Regular meeting with existing customers and getting Financial Inclusion mandates.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and communication with the customers.
- Responsible for revenue generation as per the annual budgets under the defined geography and clients etc.
- Relationship management with Banking corporate clients.
- Should be willing to travel.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
Key Competencies:-
- MBA from reputed institute with around 5 - 8 years of experience preferably in sales & marketing.
- Demonstrates concern to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Produces action plans in which objectives are defined, steps for achieving them are clearly specified & checkpoints are built to ensure that desired results are delivered.
- Approaches a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
- Should have experience in handling long gestation sales cycle.
- Should be able to develop fast connect and maintain relationship across various stakeholders of the ecosystem like Regulatory,Banking and Govt.
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in managing government/RFP sales.
- BFSI,Government Banking group,Rural Banking.
